Ella worked hard to finish her homework so she could get right into her costume. Lucy had been in hers most of the day. As I am sure you can tell, Ella is a beauty queen: "Miss Understood," and Lucy is a very spooky ghost. She was going to be another pageant winner, "Miss Behaving," but at the last minute changed her mind. That's just one of the perks of being female and two years old. Joe and Jay stayed home and cooked us supper while we walked the neighborhood. They filled their buckets and were just starting to complain when we got home. Good timing. After supper Ella had choir followed by a candy hunt in the Fellowship Hall. Oh Boy! More candy! I think we're still not through last years haul!
